Tox Pre-Treatment Instructions
Avoid Blood Thinners
Refrain from consuming blood-thinning medications or supplements, such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil, at least one week before the treatment to minimize bruising.
Inform Your Provider

Skip Makeup
Arrive at your appointment with a clean face, free of makeup and skincare products.
Tox Post-Treatment Instructions
Avoid Touching/Treating the Area
Refrain from touching or applying pressure to the treated area for at least six hours after the procedure to allow the toxin to settle into the intended muscles.

Avoid lying down or engaging in strenuous physical activities for the first few hours post-treatment to prevent the migration of the toxin to unintended areas.
No Exercise
Skip vigorous exercise for the remainder of the day to minimize the risk of swelling and bruising.
Skip Blood Thinners
